Women's Wellness Festival A Safe Space for Mothers & Women to Connect, Rejuvenate & Learn

  • Over 16 enriching and uplifting activities, 10 female-led or female-focused vendors and more than 20 experts and speakers lined up over two days

Singapore, 3 March – With International Women’s Day fast approaching, the first-ever Women’s Wellness Festival (Mar 3 to 5) organised by Wellness Insider is set to be a celebration of womanhood and the importance self-improvement and equity.

Dedicated to empowering women and busy mothers to prioritize their health and well-being, the festival has lined up a series of informative talks and panel discussions ranging from topics such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and self-care.

On Saturday, Santiago Ortiz, Founder of Mindlab and co-author of the book The Power of Brainspotting will kick things off with a talk about “Breathing and Brain power for Women’s Health’. Different panellists of experts will then cover exciting topics like ‘Brain body fitness for Women’s Wellness”, “How to age gracefully & maintain health” and ‘Overcoming stress & burnout”. Attendees can also opt to attend a workshop on ‘Basic Self Defence for Women’ or end the day with “Sunset Yoga with Aromatherapy”

For parents, there is a ‘Basic Cardiac Life Support for Babies & Children’ talk on Saturday, while on Sunday, there is an interactive workshop on ‘Baby Massage’ and a ‘Mother and Child HIIT’ session (for children 5 years and above).

Sunday’s panel discussions include “Connecting Fertility & Female Sexual Wellness” and “Building Confidence in the Corporate World” followed by a ‘Dressing for Your Body Shape’ fashion show where stylists from Raffles Design Institute will explain how to best dress for your body shape and size.

Held at AIBI Maxwell’s MW Space, Women’s Wellness Festival attendees can also enjoy a Wellness Bazaar to sample and purchase products from leading brands such PRINCESSA and its range of organic, gluten-free Beauty Gummies (with collagen, biotin and keratin for good-looking skin, healthy nails), Immunity Gummies (packed with antioxidants to support the immune system) and Detox Gummies (apple-cider vinegar infused to support regulation of blood sugar).

The event will involve female participants cycling from the eastern, central, northern and western regions in Singapore to Stadium Riverside Walk in Kallang for a full day of musical performances and a celebration of female cyclists.

All festival attendees this weekend – who sign up for early-bird slots for Femmes First – will also stand a chance to win tickets to the sold-out Blackp!nk concert in May.
